The process for parents to have access to online services for their children has now been removed. This means that parents can request prescriptions for their children by email (email@example.com) or by filling and handing in a prescription request sheet at any of our branches. Please note we cannot complete prescriptions requests over the phone. Parents can book appointments for their children over the phone, or in person.
Parents may continue to be allowed proxy access to their child's online services, after careful discussion with the GP, if it is felt to be in the child's best interest.
