We cannot discuss this with your relatives, partner or friends, unless you give your expressed consent. For example, if your partner calls the practice on your behalf, the receptionist will ask to speak to you. You can then say that you give consent for the receptionist to discuss your care with your partner during this call. This expressed consent does not work for future contact with the practice.
