We are open to new patients; if you would like to join the practice you must live within the practice area; please call to see if you're in our catchment area. This covers all of Salisbury and most of the nearby villages. We will advise you if you fall outside of our catchment area.
You will need to complete a registration form, which we can help you with. Come into any one of our branches and pick up a form.
It is advisable to make an appointment with the practice nurse for a New Patient Health Check. If you are on regular medication please make a 20 minute appointment with one of our doctors to ensure we are aware of your health care needs.
We are able to see anyone who is only temporarily resident in our practice area, for a maximum of three months.
