About our Online Services

SystmOnline is an online service to order your repeat prescriptions, view test results and view your medical records. Being able to see your record online might help you to manage your medical conditions. It also means that you can access your record from anywhere in the world should you require medical treatment abroad.

This service is open 24/7/365 and can be accessed from a PC, Tablet or Mobile phone. Please click here for information about accessing your child's medical records online.

ACCESS SYSTMONLINE

Before accessing SystmOnline, you must first register your details with us. It is quick and easy to register. Please email bswicb.smp@nhs.net or call us on 01722 333034 to find out more about registering. We may need you to provide us with photographic ID and two proofs of address.
