Mental Health Support
There are a range of local organisations to support and improve your mental health.
If you need urgent medical help, please call 999 or go straight to A&E. If it is less urgent, please call 111.
Health Improvement Coaches
A dedicated Health Improvement Coach can assist you every step of the way in achieving and maintaining your goals. This will be achieved by providing practical advice and support to change behaviours and improve health and mental wellbeing. They can also help signpost to other services and activities. This free service offers one to one support for people aged 18 +.

Rethink Mental Illness
The Wiltshire Mental Health Inclusion Service offer a free drop-in hub for anyone needing support with their mental health and wellbeing. A chance to meet with one of our Inclusion Coaches and discuss what opportunities are available to you to help your wellbeing and find community support.

Riverside Sanctuary
Provides a supportive, safe and calm environment, 365 days a year for people who may be experiencing difficulties with their emotional or mental wellbeing. Open 3pm-11pm, 7 days a week (due to COVID-19, this is currently a telephone service).
Also provides support to ex-service personnel who are at risk of a mental health crisis, or who are struggling to manage their mental wellbeing. This service is available 9am-11pm, 7 days a week.

Wiltshire IAPT
Offering a wide range of support, from psycho-educational courses to one-to-one telephone appointments, for patients with low mood/depression, anxiety, stress, OCD and more. This service is free and accessible for anyone registered with a Wiltshire GP Surgery. You can self-refer by calling the telephone number below.
